Featuring branching scenarios, guided mentorship by an AI assistant named Alex, and insightful feedback, the project simulates real-world challenges in customer service. Designed using Articulate Storyline, it integrates engaging visuals, decision-making tasks, and scenario outcomes to enhance learners’ critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
